LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2016) - Maven Marketing Group, Las Vegas, Nevada's most promising marketing firm, exceeded projections for 2015 and is showing no sign of letting up in the new year. Clients of Maven say the marketing firm is truly revolutionizing the way their clients advertise to their target markets.
Director of Operations, Matthew Cook, aided in the expansion of 8 offices in 2015. The organization now boasts 26 locations throughout the Southwest including offices in Arizona, California, Indiana, Mississippi, Oregon and Texas. Matt projects the organization will span from coast to coast by this time next year. He describes the surge in expansion as both, "explosive and well planned."
The idea behind Maven Marketing Group came to Matt in 2010 upon his promotion to Director of Operations. "The definition of 'maven,'" he explains, "is an expert in one's field who seeks to pass knowledge onto others. That is the foundation of what we do. We create experts in the fields of marketing, sales and advertising, then train them to be great leaders and teachers."
When asked what the key contributor to the overall growth of the company has been over the years, he said, "we are an event based, promotional marketing firm willing to provide the training and advancement opportunities for those individuals who strive for success, both personally and professionally. We focus solely on hiring leaders and aspiring business managers and we set our standards high starting with the first interview."
Matt's management team describes the perfect fit for their management training program as, "someone who is competitive, team based and has a great student mentality. We are seeking individuals who think outside of the box and can bring new perspective to our organization."
Only weeks into 2016, word has already begun to spread about the company taking on a third client in the near future. As Maven continues to hold true to its name, by years end, they are projecting to have more than 40 offices spanning from coast to coast, leaving Matt next in line for the well deserved promotion to Regional Consultant.
Once promoted to Regional Consultant, Matt will be faced with new and exciting obstacles, including running a national firm with global clients. "All of this" Matt explains, "is something we have been planning for, for years. We have come so far in six years and 2016 is shaping up to be the biggest year of growth yet."
