New Capital Injection Used to Forward Market Initiatives to Gain More Bookings

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Feb 12, 2016) - Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: PNOW), parent Company of the Central American-Caribbean online travel agency (OTA) Oveedia (www.Oveedia.com), announced today that management has launched a new marketing initiative to increase both the Company and its brand's market visibility. 

Next week, the first step in the Company's new marketing initiative is unveiling a new corporate website that investors and travel enthusiasts will be encouraged to visit. The second step in this new marketing initiative is unveiling a brand new travel blog for Oveedia.com. This component has been designed with companies like TripAdvisor and the Lonely Planet in mind.

"By providing valuable content based on travel to Central America and the Latin countries in the Caribbean, Oveedia will continue to rapidly earn name recognition with travelers interested in the Central American-Caribbean region. As previously indicated in the description of the various uses for the long term capital secured by the Company, management indicated that they will use a portion of this capital to increase Oveedia's overall market position, while also improving corporate communications. Knowing that investors are more likely to become Oveedia customers and vice versa, management will be spending a considerable amount of resources, ensuring that travelers book with Oveedia, knowing that they can also invest in the niche market OTA, in anticipation of the Central American-Caribbean travel hub being acquired by a major online travel agency.

Management has indicated that the Company will vigorously increase its online and social media presence throughout the coming months with its new marketing initiative.
